
We have the very human, awesome, God-given ability to see things from different perspectives, to explore deeper levels. But our sight remains limited. If only we could see things at their innermost level, their truest essence. Perhaps then we could see not only the interconnectedness of everything, but the essential oneness of everything. And if we could recognize and live by that light—that Light, the world would be a very different place. A redeemed place, a place of shalom and shaleim, peace and wholeness. Meanwhile, we sleep in the dust….
In addition to writing, Shoshana Shira works as a clinical psychologist in private practice and enjoys board games and puzzles, reading, and studying mysticism. She has two wonderful children, each with their own wonderful partners and wonderful pets. She lives with her amazing husband and their dog Aryeh, Hebrew for lion, because he walks like a large (100 lb) feline. He likely has a few sparks of prophecy. Just sayin.
